Medical Disclaimer - Important Please Read

At Isaiah 61 Life, we believe in the power of healing prayer, but it is not a one stop shop for mental health care.  It may be a necessary and neglected part of your overall well-being, but it should not be a substitute for professional medical help or counselling.  If you have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are on antipsychotic medication do not stop taking your medication without discussing it your doctor.  While we trust in Jesus for the healing of our bodies and our inner being through the work of the Holy Spirit, but we also recognize that God may choose to bring healing to you through a partnership with medical professionals.
